Big O Tires

I love my new tires! The staff was great and very accommodating. I was dealing with a tight budget and they found me a price that I could handle. They were all so nice! I will definately go back.

I was in a bit of a bind, I really needed an oil change before an unplanned trip to be with family due to the passing of a dear uncle. I was stressed and emotional and this was just one more thing to deal with. When I called and asked if they had time to do an oil change for me, as my regular place has declined in their services and I needed someone reliable, they told me they were pretty busy but if I could leave my van with them for the day they would do their best to get the oil change done. It was a little more expensive then I was used to, but not so much so that I couldn't make it work. They weren't kidding about being packed! However it worked out for me so well to be able to drop off my van and spend the day preparing for the trip. I got a call just before closing that they had finished my van which was perfect timing for me as my husband was just leaving for work so I could catch a ride over to the store with him. When I went in to pay they were super nice and the tire rotation was a bonus I hadn't expected as the other business I used to frequent didn't do that. Life is rarely what we plan it to be, and this Big O Tires helped take a lot of weight off my shoulders during a very difficult time. I would definitely work with them again!

I’ve had Big O Tires help with my tire and wheel service and, to be honest, I’ve never had any issues. That being said, it wasn’t until today that I felt I needed to leave a review and share my feedback to let y’all know. Ethan at the front desk went above and beyond this afternoon. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle he not only took the time to give me a detailed analysis of what’s happening with my car’s wheels but he remembered my name and showed interest in my life. Shoutout to Ethan for being the best Big O Tires representative I’ve met. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my vehicles to Big O for years to come.

Very polite and professional!! I had a tire blowout and needed to get in ASAP to get new tires, an alignment, and my oil changed. I called the store early in the morning and they got me in that same day and were done by early afternoon!!! Amazing team at the Ammon Big O Tires!!!

These guys are always spot on with their services. The usual oil change and tire rotation went smoothly. This time around I also needed a new set of tires and they found a great deal for the tires I was looking for, ordered them in, and had my vehicle ready the next day. Highly recommend!
